Agent Safety Evidence Pack — $1,500
Answers the AI-agent security questionnaire blocking a deal, in 48 hours, with a signed bundle the buyer can re-run.
What it is
A signed evidence pack that answers the AI-agent security questions blocking a deal. It is not a certification and not a promise that the agent is safe: it is a record the buyer can re-check offline.
Who it is for
- A CTO, head of platform, or head of security with an open enterprise deal.
- A company that has been sent a security questionnaire about its AI agent or MCP server.
- A vendor whose customer asked “can you prove it?” and a PDF was not enough.
The trigger
One of these must be true: a questionnaire is open, a deal is blocked, a customer audit is scheduled, or procurement asked for evidence. Without a trigger, it is not a buyer yet.
What they get (48 hours)
- report.md — the answers, the evidence, and the limits, in plain language.
- findings.json — machine-readable for their tracker.
- evidence.zip — signed record, pinned key, standalone verifier, manifest.
- A 30-minute walkthrough where they run the verifier.
What we need
- The questionnaire (or the specific questions).
- The repo, a tools.json export, or a scoped endpoint.
- 30 minutes for the walkthrough.

The call script
“You mentioned the security review is what’s blocking the deal. What exactly did they ask for?” (listen — do not pitch yet) “I can send a signed evidence pack today: the answers, the evidence, and a verifier your buyer runs themselves. $1,500, 48 hours. If the bundle doesn’t verify, you don’t pay. Want me to send the sample first?”
Qualification questions
- Who is asking, and what did they ask for?
- What happens to the deal if you cannot answer it?
- Who signs off on $1,500?
- Can you share the questionnaire and the repo/tools.json this week?
Objections
“We already have a security vendor.”
Keep them. They gave you a report; this gives your buyer a record they can re-run offline. It is complementary, not a replacement.
“Is this a certification?”
No. It is evidence, not a certificate, and we state that limit in the report. If they need a certification, this is not it.
“$1,500 is a lot.”
Compare it to the deal it unblocks and the hours your team would spend answering the questionnaire. The pack is reusable for the next buyer.

Honest limits
Heuristic scanners; same-project tests; no SOC 2 and no third-party audit; the hosted consensus cluster has not completed a 72-hour soak (the current run is 24 hours and published). The pack proves what was checked, not the absence of every defect.
Upsell
The pack answers the questionnaire. The $2,500 review finds and fixes what is behind it.
