Starter subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you will never be charged. Once the trial ends and your first payment is charged, that charge follows the policy below.
Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time -- cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. If your first charge (Starter, after trial, or Full tier) doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of that charge for a full refund.
Per-call usage charges (billed separately from the subscription, per the published rate card) reflect actual recorded usage and are not refundable except in case of a billing error.
