These Terms govern your subscription to and use of CAIN Studio Platform (cainstudio.online) -- API access to 20 hosted AI development and governance services via an issued API key. By completing checkout you agree to these Terms.
Access is subscription-based, billed monthly through Stripe. Starter-tier subscriptions include a 7-day free trial; your card is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Access is enforced per API key in real time -- cancelling or a failed payment revokes access promptly, not at the end of a grace period.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Prices are in USD and shown at checkout before you pay. Some services are additionally metered by usage, billed per the published rate card.
The platform is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. You are responsible for evaluating whether any service meets your compliance, security, or operational requirements before relying on it in production.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FIRME AI's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; see the Refund Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
