Honest operating record
- All four validators run on one cloud provider (Vultr), in four regions. A provider-wide outage would stop it.
- Health flaps: on 2026-11-02 the Miami validator was unreachable at 04:23 UTC and back by 04:53.
- No 72-hour soak test of this fabric has passed. The longest run reached about 55 hours. We do not claim one.
- A second cluster's membership,
cain-mr-01, is also published; Quorum-QaaS uses onlycain-mr-02.
