The outside anchor (check 11)
Everything in checks 1 to 10 is served by our own servers. A server that lies could lie consistently. Check 11 adds one witness we do not run.
- Every hour the 4-region cluster signs a proof that links to the one before it by hash.
- Once a day the head of that chain is logged in Sigstore Rekor, a public, append-only log run by the Sigstore project, not by FIRME AI CORPORATION. After that nobody, including us, can rewrite or backdate an earlier proof without it showing.
- Your browser downloads the head proof, re-hashes it, and checks the hash equals the logged head and that the anchor is under 48 hours old.
- The last step is one click: open the Rekor entry and compare. This site's security policy does not let a page call other domains, so the page cannot read Rekor for you.
Today we read the entry directly: log index 3637735391, logged data
SHA-256 2d28d95a547e7e8127a70fbc…, matching the published anchor.
What it does not prove: that the proofs' contents are true, or who holds the signing key. The quorum receipt used in checks 2 to 4 is not itself logged in Rekor yet.
FIRME AI CORPORATION · CAIN-42 is a Byzantine trust fabric. Numbers marked "our own check" were run by us, not by an independent party. Nothing on these pages is a certification.
