The public route runs the engine that was deployed before 2026-11-02. Today's changes (more checks
counted, fewer false alarms) reach this route with the next gateway deploy; until then some results on the
blind-test page will differ from what this demo returns.
That policy gate looks at every rule and then passes anyway. Expected: PARTIAL, with a
hardcoded_success_claim finding. Then try the cases on the blind-test page: each one
shows its source.
