Why not just keep logs?
Logs can be edited by whoever runs them. Receipts can be checked by anyone with the public key.
Does the receipt reveal my command?
No, only its hash. You can prove a specific command was decided by hashing it yourself.
What if the key leaks?
Receipts now carry a key id, so receipts signed after a rotation name the new key. Old receipts stay checkable against the old public key.
