Claims (7)
| Claim | Level |
|---|---|
| C42-E41-EXCHANGE: a cross-organization machine agency exchange runs the supreme lifecycle DISCOVER -> IDENTIFY -> ATTEST -> ASSESS -> NEGOTIATE -> CONTRACT -> DELEGATE -> AUTHORIZE -> EXECUTE -> OBSERVE -> VERIFY -> SETTLE -> RECORD -> LEARN -> REASSESS -> REVOKE/RENEW, and no machine creates authority for itself or another | TESTED |
| C42-E41-STATES: the 14 relationship states are never collapsed; no state is skipped; a terminal relationship cannot be reopened | TESTED |
| C42-E41-BOUNDED: a negotiation, handshake, contract, lease or receipt is never authority; a receipt requires an authorization; discovery implies no trust | TESTED |
| C42-E41-FEDERATION: federation never silently broadens authority; translation declares every field it drops; revocation propagates across domains | TESTED |
| C42-E41-BENCH: 1180 of 1180 exchange scenarios held; 470 of 470 invariants; mutation 10 of 10 | TESTED |
| C42-E41-CLEANROOM: an independent verifier that imports none of CAIN re-derives the E41 invariants and rejects every crafted forgery | TESTED |
| C42-E41-HONEST-SCOPE: the exchange is an in-process TESTED library; federation and economics are modelled; units are synthetic; no standard status, customers or revenue is claimed | TESTED |
Invariants: 470 of 470 held
Rules the code must never break, each checked across many scenarios. See all 470 on one page.

in-process; federation, economics and trust domains are modelled, not external
Verify it in your browser
Your browser downloads the bundle's SHA256SUMS manifest and the file(s) behind this page, hashes them with SHA-256 locally (WebCrypto), and compares. A match shows the record you are reading is the published one; it does not by itself prove who published it (see the signed claims registry and the bundle verifier for that).
Known limitations
- An in-process TESTED library; not hosted. Federation, trust domains, economics and supply chains are modelled in-process; there are no external counterparties or organizations.
- No real money, payment rail, settlement or financial custody exists; units are SYNTHETIC TEST UNITS.
- No industry-standard protocol status is claimed (A2A/MCP are reference-level); CAIN-MSDP-style metadata is a CAIN experimental descriptor.
- Reputation, risk pricing and the machine economy simulator are evidence views and simulations, never real-world validation and never authority.
- The systemic-risk, contagion and circuit-breaker engines operate on declared dependency edges, not observed production topology.
- The exchange layer has no authority: it proposes, negotiates and records only; the deterministic kernel and E8 still decide.
- Moat and product maps are technical foundations only; no market moat, customers, revenue or adoption is claimed.
- Mutation self-testing runs each mutant against the bench subset that exercises the mutated component.
- Scale rows reuse the E33 synthetic in-process benchmark; the exchange layer adds a 200-relationship row.
- No third party has independently verified anything in this bundle.
