Learn Agent Autonomy Lease: from zero to expert, then sell it

Evidence, proof and selling tools for Agent Autonomy Lease

Level 1 Beginner: understand it

Each agent works under a signed lease: level, total budget, expiry. Every action is checked against it.

The agent cannot renew or widen its own lease; small purchases are added up; misbehaving agents are demoted automatically.

Think of it like this: A rental car agreement: who may drive, how far, until when. The driver cannot rewrite the agreement, and the mileage adds up whether you drive in one trip or twenty.

Level 2 User: see it work

Run it live: open the live demo. Before each result, guess what will happen. These are checks it must pass:

Level 3 Verifier: prove it yourself

This is the skill that sets you apart: you don't have to believe us, and neither do your customers.

  1. Install Python 3 if you don't have it (python.org/downloads).
  2. Download the kit and unzip it.
  3. Open a terminal in that folder. On Windows, click the folder's address bar, type cmd and press Enter. On a Mac, right-click the folder and choose New Terminal at Folder.
  4. Run python3 verify.py (on Windows, python verify.py). It checks the seal without the internet.
  5. Run python3 verify.py --live. It repeats every check from your own computer.
  6. Try to cheat it: open transcript.json in a text editor, change one character, save, and run python3 verify.py again. It must now say FAIL. Unzip a fresh copy afterward.

Level 4 Expert: know the edges

An expert knows what a product does not do, and says it first. That is what makes a buyer trust you.

Read the questions real buyers send, with honest answers: answers to buyer questions.

Can an agent renew its own lease?

No.

What defeats the salami trick?

Cumulative budgets.

What happens after repeated violations?

The level drops until a person signs a new lease.

In the live check "The agent signs itself a level-5 lease with a huge budget", what answer must come back, and why?

"STOPPED". Self-renewal, an unknown key, and a human lease edited after signing are all refused.

In the live check "Many small $45 purchases that add up", what answer must come back, and why?

"STOPPED". The budget is cumulative: the purchase that crosses $200 is refused (the 'salami' trick).

In the live check "A sub-agent asks for more power than its parent", what answer must come back, and why?

"STOPPED". Delegation can only shrink a lease. A bigger child lease is refused; a smaller one is granted.

Does a passing kit prove the product is safe for every possible input?

No. It proves what the live product answered to the inputs listed in the kit, and lets anyone check that again.

Has an independent party audited or certified this product?

No. No third-party audit is complete and no certification is held. Say so if asked.

Level 5 Seller: put it in front of a customer

  1. Copy, paste, send: the shortest route, no technical skill needed.
  2. Who buys it and where to find them.
  3. The sales conversation, then the offer and the close.
  4. The rules: read these before your first message.
