Scoped engagement · from $5,000+ · pilot only

Enterprise Agent Governance Engagement

Multiple teams ship autonomous agents against databases, APIs, shells or money movement. Nobody can state, per action, who authorized it, what it touched, and how to prove it later. We scope a pilot that answers that for one team before you buy a platform.

Request a scoping call No payment is taken before a written scope is agreed and signed.

Read this before enquiring. This offer is PILOT ONLY. There is no enterprise reference customer yet, delivery capacity is three people, and only one such engagement can run at a time. If you need a vendor with SOC 2, a reference list and a 24/7 support desk, we are not that vendor today and we will tell you so on the call.

What a pilot covers

  • Discovery (2–3 sessions). Security, platform and the agent owners. What agents exist, what they can call, what actually blocks a call today.
  • Architecture review. Authorization, enforcement, evidence and identity paths, with the gaps named.
  • One-team pilot. Deploy the enforcement boundary in front of one agent and its tools. Default deny. Signed evidence.
  • Verification. The adversarial harness plus your own allow/deny cases, run together.
  • Plan. A written target architecture and a costed 90-day path, including what not to build.

Deliverables

Assessment report

Current state, risks, and what is evidence versus assumption.

Target architecture

Where the decision is made, where it is enforced, where evidence lives, and the trust boundaries between them.

Pilot deployment

One agent, one tool server, a default-deny policy, a signed bundle, an operations pack.

Executive readout

One page for the sponsor: what is now provable, what is still unknown, and what the next 90 days cost.

How the price is set

$5,000 is a floor, not a quote. After the scoping call we write a scope with a fixed fee and a delivery date. If the work needs more than we can deliver with three people in the window, we will decline or reduce the scope. We do not accept a deposit against an unwritten scope.

Out of scope

  • Company-wide rollout in the first engagement.
  • Regulatory certification, legal advice, or an audit opinion.
  • Access you are not authorized to grant.
  • 24/7 operations, on-call, or an SLA (separate agreement, only after a pilot).

Request a scoping call

Tell us the agent, the tools and the decision that is blocked. If a $500 or $1,500 engagement answers it, we will point you there instead.
