MCPGate schema residency (A+++ gate 6)#

Measured results for cain/mcp_residency.py: PINNED/HOT/WARM/COLD/EVICTED context residency with deterministic scoring, and an authorization-aware router in which residency never grants authorization, wired into the MCPGate proxy (cain/mcp_proxy.py) behind CAIN_MCP_RESIDENCY=1. A+++ gate 6: PASS on the proxy code path; the flag is OFF in production. See RESIDENCY_RESULTS.json.
