Known limitations
- An in-process TESTED library; not hosted. There is no live ERP, CRM, database or cloud integration: enterprise objects are registry entries.
- State reconciliation and prediction are deterministic and structure-based, not learned; they model governance structure, not real business truth.
- No real financial, customer, supplier or operational data is ingested. Digital-twin and simulation results are SIMULATED and are never real-world validation.
- Completion checking verifies that configured evidence exists, not that the evidence is true in the world.
- The enterprise layer has no authority: it proposes and models only; the deterministic kernel and E8 still decide.
- Moat and product maps are technical foundations only; no market moat, customers, revenue or adoption is claimed.
- Mutation self-testing runs each mutant against the bench subset that exercises the mutated component.
- Scale rows reuse the E33 synthetic in-process benchmark; the enterprise layer adds a 200-object row.
- No third party has independently verified anything in this bundle.

E39 builds the machine organization; E40 understands the machine-operated enterprise. A testable operating loop over enterprise state that proposes and models but never authorizes. Not a replacement for an ERP/CRM; it is the governance substrate above them. Verify with verify_e40.py.txt. Status: TESTED library, pre-production.
