POST /fabric/identity/{identity_id}/delegate

Create a scoped delegation from identity_id to delegate_id.

Parameters

DelegationCreateRequest (required)

`capabilities` required	array of string	Capabilities to delegate min items `1`

`ttl_seconds`	integer	Delegation TTL in seconds default `3600`
`max_depth`	integer	Maximum delegation chain depth default `3`
