GET /fabric/security/autonomy-trust/{agent_id}

CAIN 24.0 Section 1: Autonomous Trust State.

Independently re-derives identity/capability/trajectory/delegation trust from the real subsystems of record (never from a caller-supplied claim) and combines them with MIN() semantics -- the effective autonomy is capped by the worst dimension, never averaged up by the others. Omitting `identity_id`/`trajectory_id`/`delegation_id` does not default that dimension to trusted; it is scored as unverified/fail-closed instead (see `AgentSecurityEngine.compute_autonomy_trust_state`).
