GET /fabric/compliance/controls/status

Get control status summary showing staleness.

Returns: - CURRENT: Recently evaluated, evaluation fresh - STALE: Evaluation older than threshold or evidence expired - UNKNOWN: No evaluation ever performed - FAILED: Last evaluation failed

`401`	No key, or a key that is not valid	JSON `detail`
`429`	Rate limit for your plan reached; retry after the Retry-After seconds	JSON `detail`
