## 1. Contradictory assurance banners (all three domains)
Prior text (observed): "NO LONGER SELF-ATTESTED", "NOW REMOTELY VERIFIED", together with
"self-attested, pre-production: no outside auditor has examined this platform",
"not yet independently audited", "0 independently verified".

Corrected: **All CAIN-42 evidence is operator-generated and self-attested.** "Remotely
verified" refers to CAIN's own remote replicas/validators, operated by the same operator.
No independent reviewer exists. See banner-reconciliation.json.

## 2. "We passed a soak"
Status: **NOT_ESTABLISHED.** The current 72h soak is RUNNING (34.1h/72h at last check).
Prior runs failed or were stopped by the operator. A running soak is not a pass.

## 3. "We were appraised"
Status: **NOT_ESTABLISHED.** No independent appraisal exists. Only internal analytical
scenarios (labeled INTERNAL SCENARIO, NOT AN INDEPENDENT APPRAISAL). No appraiser identity,
independence, date, scope, method, assumptions or report.

## 4. Why /evidence/ 404'd for the external reviewer
Cause: the gateway's catch-all route matched `/evidence/...` and returned
`no such service 'evidence'` (404) because no explicit `/evidence` route existed before
2026-10-09. Fixed by registering `/evidence` and `/review` before the catch-all. Known, not unknown.
