CAIN-42 security-boundary evidence

Every probe is an anonymous request to a live site that a gate must refuse (or a pure verifier / read that must
stay public). Re-running them is safe: a refused request changes nothing.

Expected: FINAL RESULT: VERIFIED. The verifier imports nothing from CAIN and re-derives every verdict from the
recorded HTTP status; INCONCLUSIVE (network error) never counts as a pass.
