The library and its tests need the CAIN-42 repository (the source is not public by operator directive).
In the repository:  python3 -m pytest -q tests/test_mcp_residency_router.py tests/test_mcp_proxy_residency_wiring.py
                    python3 scripts/cain45/build_mcp_residency_bundle.py
Anyone can check this bundle's integrity: sha256sum every file listed in MANIFEST.json.
