Validate a published copy (needs Python 3; `cryptography` for the signature check):

Files are published with a .txt suffix where needed because one site's static server only serves .html .css .js .json .txt .ico .svg .xml.

## Limitations
* Self-attested: the same operator runs the cluster, the tests and the signing key.
* The probe observes what nodes REPORT. A node lying about its quorum or version is not detected by a read-only probe; the signed proofs are the part that cannot be faked without the key.
* No fault was injected into the live cluster; Byzantine behaviour is exercised by the tests, in an isolated copy.
* Status: PRE-PRODUCTION.
