# IP value, FIRME AI value, founder value, and the 72-hour evidence

All figures are in US dollars. They come from the developer's own valuation register, which is shipped byte-for-byte in `EVIDENCE/ip_valuation/`. The verifier **recomputes** them every time it runs. If any number in these files is changed, the arithmetic check fails, and if the files themselves are changed, the signature check fails.

## Figures (USD)

| | LOW | **BASE** | HIGH |
|---|---|---|---|
| CAIN-42 standalone net IP base | 6,385,360 | **16,457,330** | 29,121,750 |
| FIRME AI company value, investor | 8,867,360 | **18,939,330** | 31,603,750 |
| FIRME AI company value, strategic acquirer | 9,867,360 | **19,939,330** | 32,603,750 |
| Founder Vincent Noriega, 100% owner, paper equity (investor / strategic) | 8,867,360 / 9,867,360 | **18,939,330 / 19,939,330** | 31,603,750 / 32,603,750 |

How the figures follow from each other (all checked automatically):
- **IP base** = prior base + new gross x (1 - deployed discount). At BASE: 16,404,530 (register v46) + 60,000 x 0.88 = **16,457,330**. Source: `CAIN_IP_VALUE_RECALC_V47.json` (192 invention families: v46's 186 plus 6 from Evolution 16, added one per implementation step; discounts 22% / 12% / 5%).
- **Company value** = IP base + business premium. At BASE: 16,457,330 + 2,482,000 = **18,939,330** (investor), and 16,457,330 + 3,482,000 = **19,939,330** (strategic). The premium includes a 750,000 customer-validation premium. Source: `CAIN_FIRME_AI_AND_FOUNDER_VALUATION_V42.json`.
- **Founder equity** = 100% x company value.

What the register itself says about these figures: "Internal analytical scenario, NOT an appraisal, NOT a financing valuation, NOT a guarantee."

## The 72-hour evidence

`EVIDENCE/mr02_operation/` contains 313 signed hourly operational proofs from cluster **cain-mr-02**: 4 replicas, each on its own host in a different region. They cover:
- **156.3 hours of unbroken operation**, from 2026-09-27 00:49Z to 2026-10-03 13:08Z;
- **312 consecutive OPERATIONAL proofs**, one every 30 minutes;
- the commit sequence advancing from 34 to 28,887;
- proof 313, the first non-operational one, which shows where the streak ended.

For every proof, the verifier recomputes the proof hash and checks the Ed25519 signature by the cluster's evidence-root key, the hash-chain link back to genesis, that the write committed, and that the replicas agree. It then measures the longest unbroken streak. To also re-check each embedded quorum certificate, run the published full-chain verifier listed in `chain_meta.json`.

This run was **continuous operation**. Faults were not injected during it. A separate 72-hour **fault-injection** soak, in which a random replica is killed every 20 minutes, runs on cluster cain-mr-01. When this kit was built that run was at 33.9 hours with 0 divergences, so it is recorded as NOT_VERIFIED (claim CLM-SOAK-MR01).

## Checking these figures yourself

```sh
python3 -I VERIFIER/cain42_verify.py cain42-auditor-kit-8.2.0.zip --trust-anchor <ANCHOR> --expect-sha256 <SHA> --human
```

The JSON output has two blocks:
- `ip_valuation_as_recomputed`: the IP, company and founder figures, recomputed;
- `continuous_operation_as_verified`: hours, dates and commit sequence.

Claims CLM-IP-01, CLM-VAL-01, CLM-FOUNDER-01 and CLM-OPS-72H are checked against those blocks. A signed claim that disagrees with the recomputed value fails verification.
